Doing just 5 short minutes each of push-ups, lunges, and squats will help you form and maintain your muscles. Do one of these for 30 seconds, then switch to the next one for 30 seconds, alternating through for the 5 minutes. You’ll break a sweat, and build up your strength quickly. The more muscle tissue you have, the higher your resting metabolism becomes, so you’ll blast more calories just going about your normal day.
