9. SLEEP TO FIGHT STRESS EATING
When you get plenty of rest, you are less likely to snack or eat extra because of stress. Research shows that people can experience the same stress load on varying days, but can perceive it as more or less stressful, depending upon the amount of sleep they got the night before. Try hitting the sheets about half an hour earlier and you might see that focusing on healthy food choices is a bit easier.
