
- 4- 4oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups Special K protein plus cereal
- Sprinkled sesame seeds if desired.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Crush cereal in a blender or place in baggie and crush using a rolling pin. Add salt and pepper to taste and place in bowl and set aside.
- Pour yogurt into a plate and coat both sides of the chicken breast with yogurt and then with the cereal.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
