Crispy Chicken

When you are missing the colonel's crispy chicken, try this healthy crispychicken recipe and you'll never go back.
  • 4- 4oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups Special K protein plus cereal
  • Sprinkled sesame seeds if desired.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Crush cereal in a blender or place in baggie and crush using a rolling pin. Add salt and pepper to taste and place in bowl and set aside.
  3. Pour yogurt into a plate and coat both sides of the chicken breast with yogurt and then with the cereal.
  4. Place on baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
