Greek Cod Filets

These moist, delicious Greek cod filets will tantalize your tastebuds and help you slim down deliciously

Ingredients

  1. 2 lbs cod fillets (about 4oz each fillet)
  2. 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  3. 2 Tbsp fresh dill
  4. 2 Tbsp fresh parsley
  5. ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  6. 1 tomato, chopped
  7. ½ cup reduced fat feta cheese
  8. 5 kalamata olives, sliced
  9. Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Use cooking spray to spray and coat a large casserole dish.
  3. Place the cod fillets in the casserole dish and top with all remaining ingredients.
