Lemon and Rosemary chicken

Try this classy Lemon and Rosemary style chicken.
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breast (about 4oz for each chicken breast)
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Using a mortar and pestle, grind together the chopped garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper until blended well.
