1 lb baby carrots
¼ cup water
¼ tsp salt
2 Tbsp reduced-calorie maple syrup
1 tsp reduced-calorie margarine, melted
1 tsp orange-rind, grated
1. Place the carrots, water and salt in a 1 ½ quart casserole dish.
2. Cover with plastic wrap and vent.
3. Microwave carrots for 6 minutes and then drain. Then add a drizzle of maple syrup and grate a little orange rind on top.
