Portabella Mushroom Pizza

Portabella Mushroom Pizza will delight your tastbuds and trim your waistline at the same time.
  • 4 portabella mushrooms with stems removed
  • Spaghetti sauce
  • Turkey pepperoni (6 slices for each pizza)
  • Chicken sausage (Aidells or Casual Gourmet or Applegate Farms)
  • Veggies of choice: bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, spinach, etc.
  • Low fat shredded mozzarella cheese (about 1/4 cup on each mushroom)
  1. Wash mushroom caps and let dry
  2. Spray the mushroom caps with cooking spray and place on baking pan.
  3. Layer tomato sauce on each mushroom, sprinkle with cheese and place turkey pepperoni, chicken sausage, and veggies of choice on top.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
