Makes 4-6 servings.
Ingredients
- ½ small red cabbage and ½ small green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 8 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- Dash garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Allow it to sit for two hours, stirring once or twice.
- Refrigerate and serve cold.
