Simple Slaw Recipe

This simple 3-step recipe will be a perfect side staple to any main course you create! You can also incorporate this dish with other recipes, like fish taco toppings, a top shredded pork or chicken and more! Enjoy this simple, most colorful and flavorful way to make slaw.

Makes 4-6 servings.


  • ½ small red cabbage and ½ small green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 8 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • Dash garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Allow it to sit for two hours, stirring once or twice.
  3. Refrigerate and serve cold.
